Welcome fall with an evening of movement, sound, intention, and connection.
We’ll begin together with light stretching and mobility to prepare the body to settle in. You’ll then choose how you want to experience the crystal singing bowls: floating comfortably in the pool or relaxing poolside on a mat.
As you settle in, you’ll be surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, creating a unique sound meditation experience under the evening sky.
Following the sound experience, we’ll gather for an intention circle inspired by the beginning of a new season and take time to connect while enjoying your own individual charcuterie and electrolyte hydration drink.
