We’ll begin with gentle yoga, followed by a crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation to give you time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Afterward, we’ll come together for our Full Moon Gathering, where we’ll reflect on what this season has given us, what we’re ready to leave behind, and what we want to carry forward. Together, we’ll create a Full Moon Intention Wheel, a beautiful paper keepsake to take home, while enjoying a light snack and time to connect.
