Inspired by the Libra New Moon and its themes of balance, relationships, harmony, and beauty, The Beauty of Balance is an evening of reflection, movement, self care, sound, and connection.
We’ll begin with a Wellness Balance Activity to reflect on where our time and energy are going and set an intention for creating more balance.
From there, Keagan of Salty Mermaid Yoga will guide a yoga practice centered around balance, followed by Facial Yoga with Lulu of Lulu Studio, including facial movement, self massage, serum, and an Aveda overnight face treatment.
We’ll then settle into savasana with our face treatments on while experiencing a crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation.
We’ll end the evening with time to connect and enjoy an individual mini charcuterie board.

There is a place inside all of us where everything softens.
The Still Point Experience is a collaborative evening created by Lulu Studio, Salty Mermaid Yoga, The Bridge Acupuncture, and Zaya Yoga, bringing together gentle yoga, acupuncture, a crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation, and deep rest.
We’ll begin with Gentle Yoga led by Keagan of Salty Mermaid Yoga, a slow, breath centered practice designed to release tension in the body and quiet the mind. No strenuous or complicated poses, just gentle movement to help you settle into stillness and prepare for meditation.
Following yoga, you’ll settle onto your own air mattress, where you can lie back comfortably for the remainder of the experience.
As you rest, Lisa of The Bridge Acupuncture will weave a gentle acupuncture treatment into the meditation using seven standard points intended to calm and relax the nervous system while supporting the body’s natural protective mechanisms.
Lulu of Lulu Studio will guide you through an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation while you rest comfortably on your air mattress, allowing you to experience the sounds and vibrations of the bowls.
Together, movement, acupuncture, sound, and deep rest come together in one intimate evening designed to give you the time and space to simply be still and receive.
