Join us for an afternoon of movement, sound, connection, and creativity inspired by the New Moon and the garden within each of us.
We’ll gather over an individual charcuterie box for intention setting and conversation, create our own herbal mist to take home, then move into yoga followed by a crystal singing bowl sound bath. We’ll close our circle reflecting on what is already growing in our lives and what deserves our care and attention.
